This project visualizes a new mixed-use building with retail space on the ground floor and apartments above, plus greenery in the courtyard. The render captures the design from street level in a rainy urban setting, highlighting the red metal cladding, white facades, large glass windows, and integrated green elements. Focus was on realistic wet surfaces, dynamic lighting, and clear presentation of the building’s scale and layout for client approval.
